Diabetes Patient Education Session

Whether you are newly diagnosed or have had diabetes for a while, you should receive the support and information you need to manage your diabetes well. Amber Clinics use the Diabetes Conversation Map Education Tools (recommended by American Diabetes Association, with friendly support of Lilly).

We have trained nurse facilitators and physicians who are friendly and welcoming. Each of them will help you understand your diabetes, make choices, and take control. All relevant elements of successful diabetes management are discussed in each session.

Scientific studies have shown that diabetics attending such educational sessions had better outcomes, less complications, and a better quality of life.
